A Friend
This work is for the second project (The Surreal and Strange) of my ARTD 379 (Video Art) course. Two of the three puppets are entirely hand made. The one in black has hand stitched clothing. The main character is an armature kit purchased through a company called Upuno (upuno.com). All images for the video were shot with a Nikon D850, composed and controlled through Dragonframe (software), and subsequently edited with Adobe Premiere Pro. The music track was composed using GarageBand.

Just One of Those Days
This is a project I did for my ARTD406 course during Spring term 2020. All work is my own with the exception of a few effects obtained via freesounds.org and the loops available in GarageBand.

Self-Portrait During the Covid-19 Pandemic
This is a short stop-motion animation video composed for the first project (Self-Portrait in Time of Pandemic) of my ARTD412 course at the University of Oregon. The prompt was to make a short animation about my life in the time of this pandemic. I specifically chose to make the focus on a narrow spectrum of what perhaps life might be like in the very near future. Given the many negative aspects of the current situation I chose to take a satirical approach with the look-ahead narrative of this video.

A Quarantine Halloween
In this piece I chose to look forward to a potential Halloween scenario revolving around the Covid-19 pandemic where the narrative involves two fictional characters and their light-hearted exchanges from inside their respective homes. My aim was to create something positive to counter the many negative aspects of the pandemic and the limitations it presents, especially as it pertains to social distancing.
